The counselling offered by Managing Partnership is always practically orientated because
we can draw on our own extensive experience. As former industrial managers we are familiar
with the day-to-day practicalities of running a business. Since 1994 we have notable
successes as management consultants.
We are not interested in change for change’s sake, but we proceed on the assumption that
a company’s success is determined to a large extent by learning ability. Whenever we counsel
a company we take this premise into account and integrate the greatest possible number of
stakeholders into the assessment process. The strategic changes we recommend are always
based on a consensus. We assess a company’s competence and suggest various ways in which
it might be improved. We attach much less importance to classical indices than to
